Time for Valentines Day... This is just a friendly card saying "Sending you a Big Hug!"

I've made two similar cards for my mom and my granny to sell. I managed to stamp the textstamp upside down on one of the cards, and a bit crooked, but nobody could tell now, since I made the whole card "upside down" and covered most of the text with flowers. I think they look pretty nice. I've used paper from Maja Design and stamps from ROXStamps and inkido.

This Friday morning at 6 am, my friend Carro and her husband Magnus got their second child, an adorable baby boy. I don't know his name yet, but I made a card for him anyway. Lovely stamp from Bildmålarna.

Congrats to your Drivers License!

Two cards in the same style. I kind of like the blue best. Which one do you like the best? Why?

I'm entering these cards for the Stamp Something challenge where the challenge this week is to make a card that celebrates something. Worth celebrating are the things that only happens once in life! Like getting your drivers license! That really was a happy day for me since I took it really late in life and thought that I could never learn to drive a car...

I've used letters from Panduro, the car stamp is from Panduro - their Retro stamp set, the car paper is from Panduro as well... The ribbons are from DCWV - Travel. Really shouldn't buy so much stuff from Panduro since they are really too expensive.

Next week I'll get my order from Simon Says Stamp! worth 176$... :) That was this months paycheck... Sadly I didn't get the order before Ascension Day since I've been off work for four days now. Should have been fun to use all my new stamps and stuff then. But hey, It will soon be weekend again!

Daring Cardmakers challenge this week is to make a card with flags. I'm still working on the cards for the Song and Music Week and I thought this would be a cute idea. "Tack" means thank you.


I cut lots and lots of flags in different colours so I thought that I'd better use them and made a second card in the same style. This time I made it for my cousin Marie who has her birthday in the beginning of June. There is a chance that she'll read this and see her card, but I'll take it. :) I would like to join in the Sweet Stampin' Challenge for this week - Get Personal! "grattis" means congratulations!

Have a Bright Merry Christmas!

This is a christmas card in different colours... I've combined different challenges just to see where it goes... And I think it's kind of funky and cute. It's a bit confusing and I'm not sure if it is my paper with the golden swirls or if it is the striped paper... But I can live with that. What really bothers me is that my Embossing Pen left a blue colour on the stamp after I'd heated the embossing powder with my new heat gun. I have no idea why? Any ideas and tips?

I've used papers from Emma's Garden from Panduro and Mimosa Christmas Angel stamp from Bildmalarna. The bell is from a chocolate bunny I ate this easter!

Cupe Cake Craft Challenges this week has a button-challenge. I'm not sure if my "button" counts. I didn't have any buttons in the right colours except a brad that looks like a button... Not sure if that disqualifies me then?

Roses on Paper Challenge Blog has a colour challenge this week; yellow, pink and orange. And my Mimosa Christmas Angel is bought from Bildmalarna.

S2G's challenge this week is to use a ribbon. I've used two. :)

The ABC Challenge this week was U is for Unused Stash. And since I've just started my cardmaking carrier, this was really simple. I haven't used my Mimosa stamp before, or my golden swirly paper.

My second card for the Christian Choir and Music week. This might be a good card for the guesting preacher? The text says "Thanks".

The angel is just a picture from the web and I haven't used any special papers this time. The flowers are mixed from different brands. The light green and the text are from a Swedish scrapbooking club called Creative Club and their May package.
This time I'm actually joining this card for three challenges.

Papertake Weekly has a challenge this week where they want us to make sparkly, shiny and special cards. I've used some glitter glue and green rhinestones so I think that makes it kind of sparkly. And special, yes I think it is special.

Friday Sketchers Blog has a rather funny sketch this week. It took a while before I could imagine my own sketch from the Friday Sketchers sketch, but when I got my idea it fitted perfectly. The sketch looks like this:

Daring Cardmakers always has a challenge in store for me. This time it was to use the month stone for May - Emeralds. So I went to the nearest scrapbooking store straight away after work today and bought green rhinestones. I've used six of them on the card and matched them with the green colours on the papers.

Now I have four days of holiday since it's Ascension Day tomorrow. Hope you get some time for cardmaking and resting too! See ya!

The same inspiration as the last card, but I tried to fold the paper in another way. And I've used paper layers instead of stamping.

All Nuts About You

I found another challenge! This is called Crafty Creations Challenges. This week's challenge was to use Paper Piecing in the card. I had never heard about Paper Piecing before so I had to google it and I ended up at watching a girl at youtube.com. I thought the video was quite useful, even though it was way way too long - I got the point after the first minute, you can find it here! I don't have that much stamps yet (notice the yet ;P) so I didn't really have any choice but doing the squirrel. I had big plans for making the head pop out and the nut and... well, this is what I managed to make. But I don't think its to bad for a first try.
So lets see... What did I use? Green and apricot Paper Stock, Bungers Scrapbooking Leaves, Panduro Clearstamps A5 Forest, Panduro Paper Friends in the Forest - Chasing Butterflies and of course my lovely lovely GellyRoll White. <3
The papers from Panduro called Friends in the Forest is really really cute. And they cost 12SEK per 12"x12"-paper. Yeeha! But I love them. Emma's Garden from Panduro is really nice too. I'll show you a card I made from those papers later on.

Here is another card with the paper from Panduro. I just cut out the big owl and the branch from one of the papers and added them together with some thick dubblesided foam to make them pop out. I even put the feet above the branch and the green canopy infront of the owl. A nice effect. And I got to use my Crop-A-Dile Corner Chomper! Yes yes yes! I love it!
